Irreversibility
Due to the nature of blockchain technology and digital currency transactions, all transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed. Refunds will not be issued where the transaction was successfully processed to the wallet address you provided, even if that address is incorrect or outside your control.
Requests and Timeframes
You must notify our support team at support@pipezi.com within three (3) days of your transaction if you believe an error has occurred. You may be required to provide supporting documentation, including your receipt, wallet address, and transaction ID.
Refund Determination
Bitcoin Depot Australia may, at its sole discretion, assess and determine whether a refund is warranted. If a refund is approved, it may be issued to the originating wallet address or another method we determine suitable. A processing fee of up to 10% of the transaction value may apply.
Note: If a transaction fails due to a fault on our part or a service malfunction, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund, re-supply, or compensation for loss.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including in cases of misleading or deceptive conduct, or failure to provide services with due care and skill.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
